Not only are you mentally and emotionally drained, but your body has started to show physical signs of the trauma and stress that you have experienced. You know things have got to change and you truly can’t take anymore, but you haven’t found a solution that works.

I work with clients who are looking for more than just talk therapy to get the results they are looking for. It is important for us to explore where you are and the experiences you have had that led to this place, in order to understand the direction we need to take. From here, we will incorporate talk therapy along with multiple holistic approaches to help you work through the trauma your body is holding onto. Some of the holistic approaches we will use include healing frequencies played during all sessions, breathwork journeys specific to the issues you are facing, tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Technique) and others. Piecing the approaches together that will work best for your process will allow us to tailor a truly custom approach specific to you. 

How will we work together toward your success?

With google and social media at your fingertips, I imagine you have spent time looking up information to tackle this on your own. While that information may be helpful, it has not been enough and leaves you looking for more. Together we will explore what has led you to where you are currently, the changes you are looking for and the best path to get you there. In taking a true holistic approach we will combine talk therapy with somatic (mind-body connection) techniques to give you the tools for real change. 

A few examples of the techniques we will use may include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) more commonly known as tapping. Tapping will allow us to work through trauma and/or experiences you have been through, that cause an emotional or physical reaction long after the experience has ended. The tapping, while focused on your specific experiences or trauma, will help the body to work through stress and other negative emotions by rebalancing your body’s energy systems. 

Breathwork, and more specifically 9D breathwork, is another tool we can use to help you process emotions that have become stuck in your body. These breathwork sessions can be customized to the issues we are working on and allow your body to help release emotions without having to talk through them. Using different patterns of deep breathing, along with deep sound programming, healing frequencies and guided coaching helps your body to process some of the things that can be difficult to process verbally. 

Another example of techniques we may use is Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERPT). This technique allows us to reprogram your body’s alarm system so that it does not alert you to danger when there is not a true danger present. We will work together to create your hierarchy of fears and use that information to create unique experiences allowing us to help your body understand in which situations you need to be alerted to danger. 

Through the above techniques, along with others, we will work towards the goals you want to achieve. Our work together will be a tailored approach, based on our collaborative interactions where you are the expert on your life and I bring the tools to help you get to where you want to be.
