WHAT IS 9D BREATHWORK?
9D breathwork is an immersive experience with fully guided somatic breathing combined with multi-directional sound, subliminal messages, visualization and multiple healing frequencies and tones throughout the entire journey. This is different from meditation because you are not trying to quiet your mind, you are giving it direction and helping it to get down to your subconscious. This allows your body to work through things that you may not be fully aware of or able to talk about, but you can work through releasing what has been trapped in your body.
9D breathwork journeys will help you to access emotions and trauma that have been stuck in your body and have likely not been fully aware of. It also allows you to dig deeper into issues you may be working on in traditional therapy or have worked on for years because you can access it at a subconscious level. This approach allows your body to process things you have not been able to put into words and move it through your energy centers to release it. By getting some of this stuck trauma out of your body, you can experience true healing and moving forward in a healthy direction.

Common questions about Breathwork.

When you attend a 9D breathwork class everyone will choose a yoga mat and have items like pillows and blankets to be comfortable while laying on the floor for about an hour. We will start with an introduction to get you prepared for the breathwork journey and then everyone will lay down. As you lay down you will put on an eye mask and noise canceling headphones which you will wear for the remainder of the class. This means that, for the most part, no one will see or hear what is going on with others in the class. The only time you typically hear anyone else is if you attend a journey that has a scream programmed.

No it does not. Breathwork classes are a separate modality that you can attend when you want to by signing up for them. We will not be doing therapy in these classes, we will be doing 9D breathwork journeys.

There can be up to 12 people per breathwork class.

By attending 1 class you will likely see some great benefits. You can also come back and attend more classes as each journey has a different theme with different benefits. (ex: stress and anxiety, anger and rage, grief and loss, transcending fear, abundance and self trust, etc.) You can also come back to repeat journeys you have already taken as they continue to help you process through emotions that can be stuck in your body.

Absolutely. This would be a different setup than doing the breathwork at a yoga studio. You would be signing up with me as a therapy client and we would do breathwork journeys specific to your needs in 2 hour sessions. If you are interested in this we can do a consultation to create an experience that is tailored to you and your needs.
