The issues you are facing may be overwhelming and exhausting, but the process of getting into therapy doesn’t need to be.
Getting started is as simple as clicking schedule free consultation. We will figure out a time for a free 15 minute phone call where I can answer your questions, you can briefly share what brings you to therapy and we can decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Our first session will be a time for us to get to know each other through conversation and we can talk about any fears you may have with therapy. We will move at your pace and start building a working relationship to help you feel comfortable before we get to the hard stuff.
We will start out by meeting weekly as we determine your needs and your desired goals with therapy. As we work together we will collaborate on when to move to biweekly sessions and when you are comfortable to graduate from therapy as you work through your goals.
